On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by Neff end c~rried, action on protest against opening cf Ridhland Avenue from Flo~er to Shelton St. was deferred for one week and City Attorney instructed to get definite information from l~r. Oglesby as to his intentions. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Neff ~nd carried, Sewer Superintendent and Plumbing Inspector were instructed to furnish recommendations to City Attorney with view to ~mend~ ng present plumbing ordinan ce.
