On motion of Trustee seconded by McPhee and carried, the City Attorney w~s instructedto start proceedings for the opening of Pacific Avenue from Bth St. to llth. On motion of Trustee Melees, seconded by Chsnman and carried, matter of caring for South M~n Street dr, ina~e was referred to t~e City ~ngineer to report upon st next meeting. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Neff ~nd ca'r~ed, the Clerk w~sautborized to advertise for bids for 60 va Ives for Wet er Department, bids to be opened February 4th,.
