RESOLUTION NO. 52-24 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, H. J. GERKEN and CLARA M. GEPJfEN, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated February <br />27, 1952 conveying that certain real property in the City of Santa <br />Aha, County of 0renge, State of Celifornia, described as: <br /> <br /> The Southerly l0 feet of Lot 13, in Block "B", Wiley Addition <br /> to the Town of Santa ~na, as per map thereof recorded in Book <br /> 17, page 36, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
