In Re Resolution No.1588 Determining Unpaid Assessments- Olive & Borchard. In Re Resolution No.1589 Adopting plans & Spec. 8ewer- 8th & English Sts. In Re Resolution of Intention No.15go- Sewer - 8th & English Streets. This being the time and place when and where inter- ested persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for work done and imprpvement made upon a portion of Olive Street and Borchard Avenue in accordance with Resolution of Intention No.1504, and the Board of Trustees being now in regular wession, proceeded to hear protests presented. No person appearing to protest or show cause why bonds should not be issued, Trustee NcPhee introduced a resolution determining the unpaid assessme~ts for work done and improvement made upon said street, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of said bonds andproviding for the issuance of same in annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, co~ dared, designated Resolmtion No. 1588 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Cha~man, Geo. NcPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L. Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Trustee Purinton introduced a resolution a~ pting plans and specifications for the installation of sanitary main sewer line along a p~ tion of West Eighth Street and English Street. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 158g and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees E~H;Chapman, Geo. NcPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L.Pu~nton, J.W. Tubbs. -Noes: Trustees None. Absent: T~ustees None. Trustee Purinton iDtroduced a resolution declaring it to be the intention of the Board of Trustees to order the installation of a sanitar~ main sewer llne in English Street from the North line of West F~fth Street to the sttrveyed center line of We~ Eighth Street and in West Eighth Street from the sttrveyed center line of English Street to a point VO feet West of the West line of North Artesia Street. The resolution was ordered filed, read, consider- ed, designated Resolution of Intention No.1590 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H. Chapman, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L. Pu~Inton, J.W.Tubbs4 . Noes: TrusteeS None. Absent: Trustees None.
