Fifth St. NcPhee, E.B.Oollier, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees F.L~Purinton. Absent: Trustees None. 0n motion of "~rustee CoOl,er, seconded by Chapman and cart original cmm~Ittee composed of Trustees McPhee and was ~iven authority to see that trees throughout the city are trimmed sufficiently so as not to interfere wit~ the illumination of street lights. On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by Chapman and carrie City Electrician was instructed to refuse permits for the installation of electric barber poles which project out over sidewalk. On motion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Purinton end carried, Street Department was authorized to advertise for bids for furnishing that Derartment with gasoline for a period of one year, specifications to meet those of Angeles c~ty and bids to be craned February 2nd, 1925. On ~o~ion of Trustee Collier, seconded by Chapman,and carried, the C~erk was instructed to sign the Board's arproval to Mar Tract No. V~, a subdivision within the ~hree ~ile limit. Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution adopting plans and specifications for the improvement of Kilson Drive, Bishop Street, ~m~Wakeham Avenue, aa prepared by the City ~ng~neer and designated Assessment District No. ~1. The reso2ution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 1AOA and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.~.Cbspman, ~eo. ¥cPhee, E.~.Col~{er, F. ~. Purlnton and J. ~. Tubba. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Trustee ~urinton introduced a resolution adopting ~]ans an~ spec~flca$1ons for the improvement of Hesperian Street from ~st Street to Fifth Street.
