Th~ resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution of Intention No. 1440 and passed by t~e following vote: Trustees C.M.Chapma~, Geo. No owner of property liable to be assessed for said work made written protest or any protest agains~ the proposed work oragalnst the extent of the district to beassessed therefor and no person srpesr- lng to protest or ~ld pr~test or object or show any cause why the improvement should not be carried out in accordance w~th Resolution of Intention No. 142~,. the Board of Trustees deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. Thereupon Trustee Collier introduced a resolution~ ordering the work to be done ~nd improvement to be ~ made ss briefly set out in Resolution of Intention ( /
