A resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"A resolution or,he Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Smt~ A~a, as the legislative body <br />thereof, finding and determining that the <br />public interest end necessity requires the <br />~cquisition of a pubilc improvement consisting <br />of the opening, construction and completion of <br />a public street in sa~d city", <br /> <br />w,s duly introduced, read, considered and passed by <br /> <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Trustees C.M. Ch~msn, Geo. McPhee, <br />F.B.Collier, F.L.Purtnton, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Dr. Poole appeared before the Board after the <br />passage of the above resolution and desired to go <br />on record as protesting and opposing the opening <br />of street referred to therein. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chm~man, seconded by McPhee and <br /> <br /> carried, the Board adjourned to ~arch 9th, 1~25, <br /> V:30 ~. ~. in tb~ Council Chamber. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Pr~.
