Thereupo~ Trustee McPhee introduced a resolution order lng the work to be done and improvement to be made, which is briefly de~cribed in Resolution of Intention No.1398. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, desolated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1408 and passed by the followin~ vote: Ayes: Trustees C.~.Obaoman, Geo. ~oPhee, ~.~.Col]ler F.I.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Tb~s being the time and rlace fixed and set forth in Resolution of Intention No.13~ to order work done and sad South improvement made upon that portion of North/Van Ness Avenue from Walnut St. to West Fourth Street, and the Board of Trustees being duly oonvened in open session proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests. No owner of property liable ~o be assessed for ~aid work made written protest or any protest a~A~nat the proposed work or against the extent of the district to b assessed therefor and no person aopearlng to Orotest or did protest or obJeot or show any oause why tbs Improve- ment ~hould not be carried out in accordance w~th Res tion of Intention No. that it had acquired improvement. 15~5, the Board of Trustees deemed Jurisdiction to order the proposed Thereupon Trustee ~L'hapman introduced a resolution lng the work to be done and improvement to be made, is briefly described in Resolution ~ ~ntention No.l~8.
