aesolution Orderin~ Work <br />No. 1409 - Van Ness Ave. <br /> <br />Walnut to 4th Ut. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution of Award <br /> <br />No. 1410 - Orange ,nd <br /> <br />Oypress Avenues. <br /> <br /> Thereupo~ Trustee McPhee introduced a resolution order <br />lng the work to be done and improvement to be made, which <br />is briefly de~cribed in Resolution of Intention No.1398. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />desolated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1408 and passed <br />by the followin~ vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.~.Obaoman, Geo. ~oPhee, ~.~.Col]ler <br /> F.I.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Tb~s being the time and rlace fixed and set forth in <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention No.13~ to order work done and <br />sad South <br />improvement made upon that portion of North/Van Ness <br /> <br />Avenue from Walnut St. to West Fourth Street, and the <br />Board of Trustees being duly oonvened in open session <br />proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests. <br /> <br /> No owner of property liable ~o be assessed for ~aid <br />work made written protest or any protest a~A~nat the <br />proposed work or against the extent of the district to b <br />assessed therefor and no person aopearlng to Orotest or <br />did protest or obJeot or show any oause why tbs Improve- <br />ment ~hould not be carried out in accordance w~th Res <br /> <br />tion of Intention No. <br />that it had acquired <br />improvement. <br /> <br />15~5, the Board of Trustees deemed <br />Jurisdiction to order the proposed <br /> <br /> Thereupon Trustee ~L'hapman introduced a resolution <br />lng the work to be done and improvement to be made, <br />is briefly described in Resolution ~ ~ntention No.l~8. <br />The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 1AO~ and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees O.M.Ohapman, Oeo.
