Thereupon Trustee Purinton introduced a resolution ordering the work to be done and improvement to be made as briefly set ou~ in Resolution of Intention No. 1440. The re~lution was ordered filed, read, consider ed, designated Resolution Ordering Improvement No.1477 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, E.B.Collie F.L.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the time and place fixed and set forth when interested persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for work done and improvement made upon Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street as set out in ResoluL tion of Intention No. ~l~9,~and no ~rson appearing to show cause why said bonds should not be issued, Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution determining unpaid assessments for work and improvement made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued for t he security of the unpaid assessments, pre- scribing the denominations of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 14V8 and passed by the follow- ing vote: Ayes: Noes: Absent: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, F.L. Purlnton, J.W.Tubbs. Trustees. None. T~ustees None. ~ B.Collier Trustee McPhee introduced a resolution adopting plans and specifications for the improvement of Borchard Ave. fr~m Flower St. to Olive St. and Olive St. from Westerly extension of North line of Borchard Ave. to Edinger St. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No.1479 and ~ssed by the f,'llowi~ vote: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.McPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs.
