On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by <br />McPl~ee and carried, opening of street will be deferred <br />until crop la gathered, provided property owners interest <br />will sig~ agreement covering opening of street at later <br />date. <br /> <br />Protests against the opening of Victoria Drive came up <br />For consideration. The Engineer reported that ~otests <br />represented 7.53% of frontage involved. A representative <br />of Cora E. and Tessie Winter was heard.
