In Re Resolution Ordering Work No. 14go - W. Washineton Ave., W. 9th, W. 8th, W. 6th and ~. Artesia Sts. No owner of property liable to be assessed for said work made written protest or any protest against the proposed work or against the extent of the ~istrlot to be assessed therefor and no person appearing to protest or did protest or object or show any cause why the improvement should not he carried out in accordance with Re~olution of Intention No. 1473, the Board of T~ustees deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. ~uetee Chapman thereupon introduced a resolution ordering the work to be done and imnrovement tD be made as briefly set out in Reeoluti~ ~f [~te~tlon #e. 14~.~h~ resolution was ordered filed, ~ead, con- sidered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No.148~ n~ passed by the following vote: Ayes: ~eteee O.H.~apman, ~o.
