Trustee Chapman introduced a resolution approving assess- ment diagram~r 'work done and improvement made on a pottle of West ~ifth Street in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 1401. The resolution was ordered filed, re~d, considered, designated Resolution No. 1501 and passed by the following vote: Awes: Trustees C.~.Chapma~, ~eo. MoPhee, E.B.Collier, F.L.Purinton, J.W.Tubbe. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. This being the time and place fixed and set forth for the opening of bids or proposals for t~e improvement of a portion of N. Lyon Street as briefly described in Reaoluti of Intention No. 1473, and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session, proceeded to open, examine and declare all bids received, as follows: Item 1. The ~rading to a subgrade and the layln~ of a five (5) inch 'ortland Cement Concrete pavement eom- plete with the furnishing of ali necessary equipment, labor end material on an estimate of 13,'P75.41 sq. ft. Item 2. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete curb complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and materi~l on an estimate of 12 linear feet.
