McPhee, <br /> E.B.Oo]lter, F.L. Purinton, J.W.T~hbs. <br /> <br /> Tr,~tees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />the time and place set. for co-slderatlon <br />ags~nst the opening of Victoria Drive <br /> <br />ss set forth in Ordinance of Intention No. 767, and <br />the Board of Trustees being convened in open session, <br />proceeded to consider protests presented. Opportunity <br />was given protest,nra to be heard. Tl~e Board then <br />took the m, tter under sdvlsement and after full con- <br />elderatlon, on motion of Trustee Chapman seconded by <br />Purtnton and carried, protests were overruled. <br /> <br /> Thereupon Trustee Purinton ~ntroduoed an Ordinance <br />entitled as follows: <br /> <br /> "An ordinance of t~e Board of Thustees of the City <br />of Santa Ana, ordering the improvement of a certain <br />new street or avenue, to be known as Victoria ~rive <br />in the said city, by the opening of said street, in <br />accordance with Ordinance of Intention Bo. ?67, and <br />ordering the City Attorney to bring an action in the <br />name of the muniicpali~y for the condemnation of the <br />propert2 necessary br convenient to be taken therefor". <br /> <br />The ordinance was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />amd referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton <br />and carried, ~be ~oard adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~re~nt; ~ard of ~e~. <br /> <br />y G ler~-. <br /> <br /> <br />
