'~slnut 6ts. and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session, proceeded to hear and p~ss upon all protests. A written protest wes presented by property owners objecting to tbs above ~provement. O. l'cC]~re appeared before ~be Board urging tbs paving of the streets.an~ offered to pay ~20 toward tbs cost of tbs improvement. After full consideration of the protest, on motion of. Truate~ Purinton, seconded'by Chapman and carried, same was ~verr~le~. Trustee Purinton thereupon introduced a resolution ordering the work to be done and improvement to be made as briefly set out in Resolution of Intention No.1498. The resolution wes ordered filed, read, considered, deslmnated Resolution Ordering ~ork No. ~508 and passed by the following vote: A~ves: Trustees C.B.Chapman, Geo. ~cPh~e, E.B.Col]ier, F.I~.Purinto~, ~ .... Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees J.~.Tubbs.
