On motion of Trustee Ch~m~n, seconded by Purinton and carried, arplicatlon of J.C.Huson for a~pointme.~t as Police Officer was referred to the Police Committee. A copy of order from the State Board of Health granting permit to LaHabra Sanitary District to con- struct sewerage w~rks to connect with the Joint Outf, ll sewer was presented. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Co~]ier ,nd car~ed, came was accepted and placed on f~]~. A copy of resolution from tPe West Ora~nge Farm Center condemning' action of the City of Santa Ana in conoection with condemnation of water bearing land in vicinity of W. Orange was read. On motion of Trustee Chapman, a$c'ended by Purinton and carried, same was filed for future reference. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, J.F.Pearce was ~ranted permission to construc~ full width sidewalk from property line to curb on Cubbon St. at southwest corner Cubbon and Orange a~d on Orange Ave,, sidewalk to extend from doorway to curb line.
