RESOLUTION NO. 52-36 <br /> <br />A resolution Distributing Moneys Received From County <br />~anitation Districts Nos. 2, 3, an~ ? as Partial Pay- <br />ments for the Sale of the Facilities of Section 1 of <br />the Joint Outfall Sewer System. <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has received an annual <br />payment of $17,674.15 as partial payment by County Sanitation <br />Districts Nos. 2, 3, and ? for the purchase of the interest <br />owned by the City of Santa Aha in Section 1 of the Joint <br />Outfall Sewer System; and <br /> <br /> I~HEREAS, it is the Judgment of the City Council of <br /> <br />Santa Aha that money received through the sale of physical <br />facilities should not be used for current operating expenses, <br />but should be expended only for those purposes which will in- <br />crease the capital value of the City; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, there are now outstanding certain serial bonds, <br />representing residual debts incurred by the City of Santa Aha <br />for the construction of physical facilities now in process of <br />being sold by the City to the 0ounty Sanitation Districts; <br /> <br /> HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />does hereby instruct those officers of the 0ity who are re- <br />sponsible for ~he distribution of revenues received by the City <br />to the several funds heretofor provided for the accounting and <br />safekeeping of municipal moneys that this amount of <br />shall be distributed and allocated as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. To the Main Sewer Pipe Line - Series 1922 <br /> Bond Fund - $ 5,000.00 <br /> <br /> 2. To the Joint Outfall Sewer - Series 1922 <br /> Bond Fund - $ 5,500.00 <br /> <br /> 3. To the Joint Outfall Sewer Completion - Series 1926 <br /> Bond Fund - $ 7,174.15 <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTEDby the Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> <br />
