RESOLUTION NO .. 52-45 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CITY ENGIN,:~R TO SIGN PROJECT STATEMENT AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET OF EXPENDITURES FROM THE GAS TAX FUNDS BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby delegates and authorizes HUGH M. NEIGHBOUR, the City Engi- neer, to sign, on behalf of said City, the Project Statements showing work to be done during the ensuing Fiscal Year and hereby adopts the budget of estimated expenditure recommended to be made during said ensuing Fiscal Year in the City of Santa Ann from the Gas Tax Fumd, also known as the State Highway Fund resulting from' the Highway Users Tax Fund as the same are set forth in the pre- pared estimates. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for submission to the State with the Budget Estimates and Project Statements. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19~_____~h day of 1952.
