WHEREAS, by right of way deed dated November 27, 1951, 0HARLES <br />F. RANDAJ~L and LILLIAN RANDALL have conveyed to the CITY~0F SANTA <br />ANA, an easement for street purposes across the Westerly seven (7) <br />feet of Lot 2, Block "G", Tract 252, as shown on a map thereof, re- <br />corded in Book 13, at Page 33, Miscellanous Maps, Records of Orange <br />County, California; <br /> <br /> hOW, THERE~0RE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br />cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
