R S0LUT 0N NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE TOWNSEND COMPANY, a Pennsylvania Corporation, <br /> <br />has p~esented to the City Council, an easemea~ deed dated <br /> <br /> June 1~ , 1952 conveying an easement across that certain <br /> <br />real property in the Rancho Santiago de Santa~na, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the northerly 30 feet <br />of the property described as: <br />That portion of JAMES MC FADDENALLOTMENT, <br />Beginning on the North line of said ~AMES MCFADDEN <br />Allotment at the Northeast Corner of Emmett's Addition <br />to South Santa Ann as per map thereof recorded in Book <br />$, Page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange <br />County thence S. 0o 09' E. 1285.95' along the East <br />line of said E m mott's Addition to the North line of the <br />easement of the Pacific Electric Railway Company as <br />described in deed recorded in Book 225, Page 317 of <br />Deeds, Records of Orange County, thence along the North <br />and Northwesterly line of said easement S. $9° 48' 30" <br />East 237' to the beginning of a curve concave to the <br />Northwest having a radius of 357.25' with a radial line <br />to said begi--~ng of curve bearing S. 0° 46' 03" E. <br />thence Northeasterly along said curve 353.11' thrm an <br />arc of 56° 37' 54", thence N. 22° 37' E. 130', thence <br />N. 0° 04' 50" W. 1002.00' along the Westerly lime of the <br />land described in deed to Southern Pacific Railroad <br />Company, a Corporation, as recorded in Book 210, Page <br />333 of Deeds, Record of Orange County, to the North line <br />of said ~ames McFadden Allotment, thence West 555.13' <br />along the North line of said Allotment to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM smy portion previously dedicated for <br />street purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
