Also, a strip of land 30 feet wide on each side of the following described center line; beginning at a point on the Easterly extended North line of Lot 6 of said Bloc~ B. of Swannerts Addition 30 feet East of the Northeast corner of said Lot ~; thence North to a point in the South line of West 17th Street 319.V6 feet.
