Resolution Ko. 1805 <br /> <br />Approving Assessment <br /> <br />Freeman Avenue. <br /> <br />In <br /> <br />Rea olution No. 1806 <br /> <br /> Ordering Work - Ouster, <br /> <br /> Lo~an a~d ~taff0r~ <br /> <br />of Intention No. 1V89, and it appearing that Reso- <br />lutlon of Intention No. 1V89 in ~the above entitled <br />matter, adopted July 18th, 192V, has been ~ty pub~ <br />lished, and the notice of public improvement therein <br />ordered to be posted, has been duly posted, as re- <br />quired by law and by said Resolution of Intention, <br />it is ordered that the Board proceed with the hear- <br />ing of' said matter. <br /> <br /> And it further a?pearing upon said hearing that no <br />objections to the do.lng of the things proposed to be <br />done in their entirety have been filed, and that no <br />person has appeared to object to the boundaries of <br />the assessment district, as set forth in said Resolu <br />tion and in said Spectifications, on motion of Trus- <br />tee Goode, duly seconded and carried by the affirma- <br />tive vote of all five members of the Board of Trus- <br />tees, known ss the City Council, the following Reso- <br />lution was adopted to-wit: <br /> <br /> A resolution was introduced ordering the acquisi- <br />tion and improvement made as briefly set out in Reso. <br />lutiou of Intention No. 1V89. The resolution was <br />ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolu- <br />tion Ordering Acquisition and Improve~ent No. 1804 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, W.G. <br /> Knox, Stanley E. Goodei~F,L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the day and hour set for hearing protests <br />or a[Teals of any person interested in the ~ork, im- <br />provement of assessment made therefor for the <br />ment of Freeman Aven~e, in accordance with Resolu <br />of Intention No. 1739 and no person s~pearing to pro- <br />test or object against the assessment or any other <br />of the proceedings taken, a resolution overruling <br />protests or objections to assessment, a~proving <br />assessment and ordering the Street Superintendent to <br />attach warrant and record, was duly introduced, read <br />considered, designated Resolution No. 1805 and passe, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L.
