Area for permi <br /> <br />a revolving barber pole at 3rd and Spurgeor <br /> <br />was referred to the Electric <br />to act. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion <br /> <br />Inspector with power <br /> <br />of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly a~ <br /> <br />carried, the City Attorney was instructed to not~fy <br />the American Outdoor Advertising Company that unlesl <br />back rent is paid by the let of June, the City w~ll <br />attach containers placed on the sidewalks. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and <br />carried, the application of the Boy Scouts Troopi ~3 <br />reference to the City furnishing truck for trans <br />ration to Three Arch Beach, was referred to True <br />Goode with power to act. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Kelly a~ <br />carried, the report of the County Health Department <br />for the month of April, ~as referred to the Finance <br />C crmmit tee. <br /> <br /> ! <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly a~ <br />carried, the proposal of the Missouri State Lifei <br />Insurance Company, to increase the Group Insurance <br />100% covering City Employees, was rejected; <br />to continued under the present schedule. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goods ~nd <br />carried, the comm~unication and permit fxom the <br />Board of ~ealth to supply water f~om Well No. 1~, <br />and to operate existing water works in accordan¢ <br />with previous orders of the Board, were acceptei <br />and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goods a~ <br /> carried, applications to hang signs were grante~ <br /> <br /> <br />
