RESOLUTION NO. 52-52 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NUMBER 315 <br /> TO ELIMINATE YARD REQUIREMENTS W~t~E THE PLANNING <br /> MISSION RECOMMENDED DENIAL <br /> <br /> WI~e~EAS, heretofore, the Planning COmmission of the City of <br /> Santa Ann held a public hearing on Application Number 315 for a <br /> Variance covering the property hereinbelow described and thereafter <br /> recommended to the City Council by Resolution Number 443, that the <br /> proposed Variance be denied; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council after conference with the applicants <br /> and the protestantl and after having effected agreement between them, <br /> having determined that under certain conditions herelnbelow set <br /> forth, public safety and general welfare will not be endangered, that <br /> property values in the vicinity will not be adversely affected and <br /> that said Variance should be granted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREF~R$, BE 1T RESOLve: That the Variance is hereby <br />granted eowsring property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as <br /> <br /> Lots 22, 23, 25 and 26, all in Block "C" of Tract No. <br /> 603 as shown on a map recorded in Book 19, Page 6, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, Cali- <br /> fornia <br /> <br />to allow under the conditions hereinbelow set forth, a waiver of <br />market building area limits and a waiver of front, side and rear yard <br />requirements for such building on said Lot 23 and to permit off street <br />parking within the required yard areas on Lots 22, 25, and 26 pro- <br />vided the following conditions are provided, maintained and adhered <br />to: <br /> <br /> That the easterly 24 feet of the market building on said Lot <br />23 does ~ot exceed 10 feet in height at any point; that the parking <br />area on Lot 22 shall have constructed and maintained ia good re- <br />pair along its easterly boundary, a concrete block wall 6 feet in <br />height and that said Lot 22 be not advertised as a parking lot but <br /> <br /> <br />
