RESOLUTION NO. 52-53 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> W~EEAS, SAMUEL H. CLINEDINST, a married man, has presented <br />to the City Council, an easement deed dated December 26, 1951 con- <br />veying an easement across that certain real property in the City <br />of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for all the purposes of a street across: <br /> The Westerly 7 feet of Lots l, 2 and 7, in Block "J", <br /> of Tract No. 252, as shown on a map thereof recorded <br /> in Book 13, at page 33, of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br /> of said Orange County <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
