RESOLUTION NO. 52-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GERTRUDE M. BURNS, a widow, has presented to the <br />City Council, an easement deed dated June 13, 1952 conveying an <br />easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Westerly <br /> seven feet of Lot Four, the South Forty feet of Lot <br /> Three, and the North Seven and one-half feet (7.5) of <br /> Lot Five in Block "B" of Tract No. 28~, as shown on a <br /> Map recorded in Book lA, pages i and 2 of Niscella- <br /> neous Maps, records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
