RESOLUTION NO. 52-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~ENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NETROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a New York Corpor- <br />ation, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated <br />July 7, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, de- <br />scribed as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the following described <br />property: <br /> The Westerly five ~5) feet of Lots 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 <br />and 25, Block "C", Tract 245, as shown on a map thereof, <br />recorded in Book 13, at Page 22, Miscellaneous Maps, Eec- <br />ords of Orange County, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
