Carlson as Plumber and Gas <br />ter, was referred to the Chair for approval or disapprova~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the reports of the various city officers for the <br /> <br />month of May were referred <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, <br /> <br />to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />seconded by McBride and car- <br /> <br />tied, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants covering <br />demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride, and car- <br />tied* the Good Humor Ice Cream Company was granted a per- <br />mit for thirty days to conduct a business by truck. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, oral and written protests, against the maintenance <br />of a pool hall by Pappas Brothers at 315 E. 4th Street, <br />were denied on account of the City Council not having <br />Jurisdiction. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the City ~ttorney was instructed to amend the Zoniu <br />Or~inance to make pool halls, billiard parlors and <br />alleys special uses under the ordinance. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Building Inspector was instructed to keep a <br />record of the building permits issued, total for the <br />month and comparative of the previous year for the same <br />date. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the reco~endation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of L. R. Fosdick was denied <br />to erect six bungalow courts on the southwest corner'of <br />Walnut and Shelton. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ri ed, tho recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and the application of the Shell Company was <br />granted to construct a service station at the northeast <br />corner of Main and Camile and the application to cut curb <br />wac referred to'the City Manager and Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
