Kelly, F.L. l~Arinton. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />A reeolution was introdv~ed declaring it to be the <br />intention of the Cit~ Council to order the paving and <br />otherwise improving of Halladay Street from First to <br />McFadden and McFadden between the Southerly extended <br />Westerly line of Halladay Street and the Southerly ex- <br />~ended Easterly line of Halladay Street. <br /> <br /> .The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution of Intention No. 1976 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C.Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees W.J. Kelly, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced declaring it to be the in- <br />tention of the City Council to order the paving and <br />otherwise improving of Ross Street from the center line <br />of Washington Aver~Ae and the Southerly line of Seven- <br />teenth Street, and the South half of Sixteenth Street <br />between the East line of Ross Street and the center <br />of Durant Street. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br /> designated Resolution of Intention No. 1977 and passed <br /> by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chancy, Stanley E.Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> This being the time and place when and where interested <br /> persons might appear and show cause why bonds should <br /> not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess- <br /> merits for work done and improvement made upon a portion <br /> of Halladay, Garfield end Poinsettia Streets, in accord- <br /> ence with Resolution of Intention No. 1855, and the City <br /> Council being now in session, proceeded to hear all <br /> protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br /> bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced <br /> determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br /> me~t made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br /> directing bonds to be issued for the secUrity of the <br /> unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br /> said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br /> annual series. <br /> <br /> <br />
