McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Noes ~ <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees Stanley E. Goode. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />This being the time and place to which the hearing was <br />continued, when and where interested persons might <br />appear and sho~ cause why bonds should not be issued up- <br />on the security of the unpaid assessments for work done <br />and improvement made upon Bush, Spurgeon and French <br />Streets, in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. <br />186§ and the City Council being now in session, procee- <br />ded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced~ <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br /> designated Resolution No. 199V and passed by the <br /> lng vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. Ooode. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chancy and <br />carried, the communication from the Native Daughters of <br />the Golden V~est, expressing their appreciation of the <br />contribution made towards the Pageant given at Long <br />Beach, was accepted and filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
