Main Street from First to <br /> Sixth. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car <br />tied, the bond of E. A. Schwarm in amount of $500.00 <br />for Cement Sidewalk and Curbing was referred to the <br />Mayor for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Knox and car- <br />ried, the application of F. S. Bishop to change the zon <br />on Lots 6, 7 and 8 in Block "B", Santa Ana Investment <br />Company Tract No. 1, from court and~apartment house <br />to heavy industrial zone, was referred to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car <br />tied, the communication, findings and opinion from the <br />State Board of Health were accepted and placed on file, <br />reference to application of the Buena Park Sanitary <br />District to discharge sewage into the Joint Outfall Sew. <br /> <br />On motic, n of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, tho City Engineer was instructed to draw plans <br />and specifications for the paving of Nort~h Broadway 2r~ <br />Santa Clara Avenue to the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> <br />Track and Lots 40 and 60 according to petition filed by <br /> also <br />property owners and/for the installation of sidewalk <br /> <br />and curbing on the west side and curbing on the east <br />side of street. <br /> <br />An application was presented by H. G. Felt and M.J. <br />Deatrick for a permit, under special use~, to build a <br />garage at 1802 W. Fourth Street. On motion of Trustee <br />Goode, seconded by McBride and carried, the application <br />was referred to the Planning Commission and the Engineer <br />was t~*tructed to post property. All persons wishing to <br />protest to appear before t~he Planning Commission and <br />City Council at a Joint Meeting to be held Monday, Feb- <br />ruary 6th, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~nox, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application of J. L. Cerda to buy and sell <br />second hand goods and jewelry at 819 E. Fourth Street, <br />was granted, on recommendation of the City Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />
