Meador for sewer work in <br />amount of $§00.00, was referred to the Chair for appro- <br />val or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, ~the reports of the various' city officers for the <br />month of September, were referred to the Finance <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, ~the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants to <br />demands as audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the City Manager and on motion of <br />Trustee Chaney, seconded by Kelly and carried, the <br />was authorized to sign agreements for water service <br /> <br />Mrs. Nellie Young at 2727 N. Flower Street and with G.B. <br />Darnell in tho 2800 Block on N. Flower Street on the <br />east side of said street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the Planning <br />Commission that no protests were presented at the hear- <br />ing for an addition to be buil~ by the Free Methodist <br />Church at 311 Fruit Street and to request a recommenda- <br />tion from the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />This being the time and place set for opening bids for <br />the painting of the elevated Steel Water Tank at Four- <br />teenth and Poinsettia Streets, and the City Council <br />beingduly convened in open session, proceeded to pub- <br />licly open, examine and declare all bids as follows: <br /> <br />Leo H.
