Ballard. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bond of <br /> <br />Ruf Bellows. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Sign. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Recorder's Report. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, petition for paving Oak Street between First and <br />Pine, signed b~ 50% of the property owners, was <br />back to petitioners for more signatures. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the City Engineer was instructed to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the paving of ~helton Btreet <br />between First and Camile with five inch Portland Cement <br />Concrete pavement according to petition filed signed by <br />59.19% of the property owners. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chancy and car- <br />ried, the application of the Four Square Gospel Church <br />to finish the interior of their church with plaster <br />board was denied, requirii~ improvements to be made <br />according to B~ilding Code now in effect. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Goods and car- <br />tied, the lot north of property located at 1832 S. lain <br />Street was ordered posted for special uses in com! <br />with ,a~plication of R. L. Ballard for permit to erect <br />service station and the hearing date set November 19th. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goods, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the bond of Ruf Bellows for Cement Sidewalk and <br />Curbing, was referred to the Chair for approval or dis- <br />approval. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Goods and car- <br />ried, the application of Cope Electric Company to hang <br />an electric sign for the Studio Bootery at 406 N. Main <br />Street, was granted under supervision of the Electrical <br />Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chancy and car- <br /> <br />ried, the report of the City Recorder for the month of <br />October was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
