No. ~0~0 <br /> <br />Ordering Work <br /> <br />Birch and R~ssell. <br /> <br /> Nee s · <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess- <br />ments for work done and improvements made upon Pacific, <br />Avenue, Fifth Street, Third Street, Second Street, First <br />Street and Bristol Street, in accordance with Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1915, and the City Council being now <br />in session, proceeded to hear all protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments, prescribing the denominations of <br />said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in <br />annual series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read· considered, <br />designated Resolution' No. 2039 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, Homer C. <br /> Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> TI~/stees None. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> NOG S, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth, in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 2026 to order the work done and im- <br />provement made upon and along a portion of Birch and <br />Russell Avenue and the City Council being duly convened <br />in open session, proceeded to hear and pass upon all <br />protests presented. <br /> <br /> No owner of property liable to be assessed for said <br />work made written protest or any protest against the <br />proposed work or against the extent of the district to <br />be assessed therefor and no person appearing to protest <br />or object or ah ow any cause why the improvement should <br />no~ he carried out in accordance with Resolution of <br />Intention No. 2026, the City Council deemed that it had <br />acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement. <br />A resolution was introduced ordering the work to be <br />done and improvement made as briefly set out in Resolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 2026. The resolution was ordered <br />filed, read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering <br />Work No. 2040, and passed by the followin~ vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J.
