Jordan, Secretary of <br />State, was accepted and filed for future reference. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br /> <br />ried, copy of a model Plumbing Code from the League of <br />California Municipalities, was referred to the City <br /> <br />Manager for checking. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the application of A. E. Fowler for a permit to <br />install a gasoline storage tank underground, capacity <br />285 gallons, for private use at 1128 S. Flower Street, <br />was referred to the City Manager and Fire Chief with <br />power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chaney and car. <br />fled, the application of the Cope Electric Company to <br />hang an elecbric sign for Ray Bros. Shoe Store at 303 <br /> <br />W. Fourth Street, was granted under supervision of the <br />Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the month <br /> <br />of November was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
