Fowler cover~ <br /> ing real property lying the bed of the Santiago Creek <br /> near the Flower Street bridge. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Knox and car- <br /> ried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign agree- <br /> ment with Frederick H. Robiqson, was <br /> referred to the City Attorney for.investigation to report <br /> ~ack in one week. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Knox and car- <br /> tied, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in amount <br /> of $AV8.89 from the Water Fund, in favor of Wells and <br /> Bress~er to cover services rendered in connection with <br /> the elevated water tank. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br /> ried, the application of th~ Santa Ana Art Glass Works <br /> for permission' to build an addition to their building at <br /> 120A E.
