<br />This being the day and hour set for hearing protests

<br />~r appeals of any person interested in the work, im-
<br />provement of assessment made therefor for the improve-
<br />ment of Broadway between Sixth Street and Santa
<br />
<br />Clara Avenue, in accordance with Hesolution of Intentio~
<br />No. 1853, and no person appearing to protest or object
<br />against the assessment or any other of the proceedings
<br />taken, a resolution overruling protests or objections
<br />to assessment, approving assessment and ordering the
<br />street superintendent to attach warrant and record, was
<br />duly introduced, read, considered, designated Resolu-
<br />tion No. 1932 and passed by the following vote:
<br />

<br />This being the time and place when and where interested
<br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should
<br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess-
<br />ments for work done and improv~nent made upon a portion
<br />of Tov~er Street, in accordance with Resolution of In-
<br />tention No. 1862, and the City Council being now in
<br />session, proceeded to hear all protests presented.

<br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why
<br />bonds should not be issued, a resolution was introduced
<br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve.
<br />ment made upon said street, the aggregate thereof, di-
<br />recting bonds to be issued for the security of the un-
<br />paid assessments, presoribing the denominations of said
<br />bonds and providing for the i~suance of same in annual
<br />series. The resolution was ordered~lled, read, con-
<br />sidered and designated Rosolution No. 1953 and passed
<br />by th~ following vote:
