Schultz as Pound Master, either on a percentage basis or salary, was referred to the City Manager. A petition was presented signed by residents and property owners requesting the installation of sidewalks on the side of West Third Street and prohibiting the use of side- walks on West Third and Artesia Streets for the storage of lumber. Om motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and carried, the petition was referred to the City Manager to report back in one week. On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and carried, the report of the Orange County Health Department for the month of April was referred to the Finance Committee.
