RESOLUTION NO. 52--68 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED W~RREAS, the Glty of Santa Ann acquired an easement for sewer purposes, the use of which has been discontinued and said sewer having been determined to be unnecessary; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the right of way over that certain property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as: A strip ef land five (5) feet wide on each side of the southerly extended, surveyed center line of Woodland Avenue according to a map of Tract No. 597 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 19, Page 7, Records of Orange County, California, ex- tended to the center line of Delhi Road, be and the same is hereby declared unnecessary for City use and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute, acknowledge, and deliver a quitclaim deed covering the same to the Santa Ann School District of Orange County. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular meeting held on the tth day of August, CITY CL~K 1952.
