RESOLUTION NO. 52-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO EASEMENT DEEDS <br /> <br /> Wn~m~EAS, EARL 0. CONRAD and MARION V. CONRAD, husband and wife, <br />and EARL 0. CONRAD, Jr. and JOANNA CONRAD, husband and wife, have <br />presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated October 24, 1951 <br />conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An Easement for street purposes over and across the following: <br /> The Westerly 7 feet of Lot Seven and the Westerly 5 feat <br />ef Lot Eight in Block "G" of Tract No. 252, as shown on a Map <br />recorded in Book 13, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br />of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOHNJ. FULV.ENWIDER and KATHRYNM. FUIIENWIDER, husimnd <br />and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated <br />June 30, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property <br />in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, de- <br />scribed as: <br /> <br />An Easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet <br />of Lot 9 in Block "B' of Tract No. 245, as per map thereof <br />recorded in Book 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br />of Orange County, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac- <br />cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
