McBride, W.J. Kelly <br /> Homer C.Chaney, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Minutes of Meetings of February 18th and <br /> 20th approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Applications <br /> <br />Gasoline Tanks. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Cormmunication <br /> <br />Boulder Dam Assn. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Electric Sign. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Amendment to <br /> <br />License Ordinance. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bond of <br /> <br />Friend & Martin. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bonds of . <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, applications for the installation of gasoline <br />tanks underground were granted under supervision of the <br />Fire Chief at the following locations: <br /> <br />Liggett Lumber Co. 820 Fruit St. <br />C. H. Ryan 1735 W. 5th St. <br />Jos. P. Thompson 1512 W. Washington Ave. <br />F. S. Bishop ll01 E. 3rd St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, <br /> <br />seconded by Goode and car- <br /> <br />ried, the communication from the Boulder Dam <br />requesting a contribution towards the expenses of the <br />Association, was accepted and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by McBride and cas <br /> <br />Tied, the application of E. R. Christensen to hang an <br /> <br />electric sign for Clark Motor Sales Company at 117 E. <br />Fifth Street, was granted under supervision of the <br /> <br />Electrical Inspectc~. <br /> <br /> Noes, <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Mr. Romaine C. Berger appeared before the Council with a <br />communication requesting the amendment of License Ordi- <br />nance relieving Christian Science Practitioners from <br />paying a license to conduct a religious service. On mo- <br />tion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chaney and carried, <br />the City Attorney was instructed to draw up an amendment <br />to the License Ordinance relieving Christian Science <br />Practitioners from paying a license. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Trustees W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly snd car- <br />ried, the bond of W.E. Friend and Fred T. Martin doing <br />business as Friend-Martin Light & Fixture Company, was <br />referred to the C_hair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chancy and <br /> <br />Tied, the bonds of Harry N.
