RESOLUTION NO. 52-73 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING Oarl J. Thornton , the Admtnt~t~tnw , ASTEE OFFICIAL TO MAKE THE A~NUAL REPORT TO THE STATE CONTROLLER AS REQUIRED BY THE COLL1E~-~S HIGHWAY ACT OF 1947 AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 3687 W~EAS, heretofore on August 2, 1948 the City by Resolution No. 3687 designated HUGH M. NEIGHBOUR as the person to sign re- ports to be submitted to the State Controller as required by the Collier-Burns Highway Act of 1947; and WHerEAS, there has now been a change in the keeping of records and accounts and the data upon which such reports are based is not now kept by NUGH M. NEIGHBOUR; NOW, TW~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 3687 is hereby rescinded and superseded and that Carl -~- ~ , tbs ~Smtnt.~t~ato~ iS hereby designated as the Official of and for the City of Santa Aha, California, to make any and all reports to the Controller of the State of California required by the provisions of the Collier-Burns Highway Act of 1947.
