Said Ordinance provides: That the City of Santa Aha shall levy <br />and collect, in addition to all other taxes, a tax of $0.15 on each <br />$100.00 of assessed valuation within said City for each of t~ree years, <br />the first year being the fiscal year beginning July l, 1953 and the <br />last year being the fiscal year beginning July l, 1955; that said tax <br />shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as other di- <br />rect taxes upon property within said City; that the money produced by <br />said tax shall be placed in a special fund and used exclusively to pro- <br />vide a sw~mmlng pool, bath house and other parts of a swimming pool in <br />Memorial Park and any money remaining unexpended for said purposes shall <br />be used to provide a stage with shell, backboard, and drewsing rooms in <br />said Park and any money thereafter remaining shall be used for additional <br />recreation equipment for the parks in said City. <br /> <br /> DATED the day of , 1952. <br /> <br /> ~ KEELER <br /> City Clerk" <br /> <br /> SECTION 10. The City Clerk shall cause the proposed Ordinance or <br />measure to be printed, and she shall mail a copy thereof, enclosed in <br />an envelope with a sample ballot to each voter at least ten days prior <br />to the said election. <br /> <br /> SECTION ll.' That in addition to the foregoing notice the City <br />Clerk shall, not later than the thirty-first nor earlier than the six- <br />tieth day before the election, give notice of said election by causing <br />a notice of the same to be published at leas~ once in the Santa Aha Reg- <br />ister, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City <br />of Santa Ana; said notice shall be headed: "Notice of Election", and <br />shall contain the information required by law. <br /> <br /> SECTION 12.
