RESOLUTION N0. 52-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASENENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VICTOR CHARLES SILVERSTEIN and MARION SILVERSTEIN, <br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement <br />deed dated August 18, 1952 conveying an easement across that cer- <br />tain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Northerly l0 <br />feet of Lot i in Block "B" of Goodwin's Addition to the <br />Town of Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Book 13, <br />page &8 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove <br />described.
