Blvd. <br /> <br /> The City Attorsey having been ordered to bring action <br />the condemnation of the property for the opening of Santa <br />Aha Boulevard as described in Resolution of Intention No. <br />2142 under proceedings known as Acquisition and Improve- <br />ment District No. 4 and same was filed in the Superior <br />Coumt. The City Council having deposited the necessary <br />sum of money to secure immediate possession of the lands <br />sought to be condemned and it is the intention of the <br />council to order bonds on said district to be issued and <br />sold for the purpose of securing the necessary money to <br />reimburse the Treasury of said City. <br /> <br /> A resolution was introduced fixing the time for hearing <br />upon the issuance of bonds for said acquisition and im- <br />provement. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- <br />sidered and designated Resolution No. 2161 and passed by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, Homer C. Chaney, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by McBride and car- <br />tied, the Council adjourned to Monday, January 27th,1930, <br />at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />APPROVEO: <br /> <br /> <br />
