H. Tingley located ll8 W. 19th <br />Street was ordered posted for special uses in compliance <br />with his application to conduct business ~s chiropractor. <br />Hearing date was set February 24th, 1930. <br /> <br />This being the day and houm set for the opening of bids <br />on one four-room house and one garage located on Lots 1 <br />and 2, Block D, Tract No. 51~, which is on the right of <br />way of Santa Ana Boulevard, and the City Council being <br />in open session proceeded to open bids received as follo~ <br /> <br /> House Garage <br />G.
