Teel. <br /> <br />Municipalities. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the communication from Wm. J. Locke, Secretary- <br />Manager of the League of California Municipalities with <br />reference to liability insurance on vehicles operated by <br />city officials and employees, was referred ~o the <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride, and car~ <br />tied, the petition of property owners requesting the <br />Council to take the necessary steps to make West Orange <br />Road from Main to Flower Street, a regular city highway, <br />was referred to the Engineer to report back in one week. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the application of the Robertson Electric Corpora- <br />tion to hang an electric sign for the Peggy Shop at 304 <br />W. 4th Street, was granted under supervision of the <br />Electrical Inspector · <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the application of M. Goetz to conduct a dance hall <br />on South Main Street in Delhi, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car- <br /> <br />ried, the reports for the month of February of the City <br />Officers, were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chaney, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the ClerE was instructed to draw warrants according <br />to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the bond of R. B. Winder for Electrical Work was <br />referred to the Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the complaint of Mrs. F. H. Teel against police <br />dogs barking and distUrbing the peace in the neighborhood <br />of 1314-16 W. 5th Street, was referred to the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />
