Ry. ~o. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chancy, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the communication frc~ the Railroad Commission was <br />referred to the Engineer relative to meeting with E. P. <br />McAuliffe of the Commission at lO A.M. January 15th for <br />discussion of property damages caused by the <br />of the proposed separation on E. Fottmth Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the request of the Board of Education to open <br />French Street to Santa Clara for the convenience of <br />pupils attending the new school to be built on E. Santa <br />Clara Avenue, was accepted and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chaney and car- <br />ried, the request of Wells & Bressler was granted <br />an extension of 45 days to complete the contract on <br /> <br />N. Ross Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the month <br />of December was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, Seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the communication ~'rom the Santa Aha Realty Board <br />supporting the Council and Chamber of Commerce in the <br />opening and paving of the Santa Aha Boulevard, was <br />accepted and placed on file. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the protests of the Talbert Drainage District and <br />and the Newbert Protection District against the conetruc. <br />tion of a wooden pile trestle bridge across the Santa <br />Aha River adjoining the Southern pacific Railway bridge <br />across said river as proposed in the proceedings of the <br />Santa Aha Boulevard improvement, were accepted and filed~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Chancy and car. <br />tied, the voucher from the Pacific Electric Railway Com- <br />pany in amount of $311.55 covering franchise under Ordi- <br />nance No. 414 for ~ear ending January 2, 1930, was <br /> <br /> <br />
