Blum at 404 W. Fourth Street <br /> was granted under supervision of the Electric Inspector. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Sutton, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> ried, the application of Tom Green for permission to <br /> locate a portable popcorn wagon at 1711W. Fifth Street, <br /> was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the application Of the Second Baptist Church to <br />move a church from the northeast corner of Fifth and <br />Patton Streets to 1508 W. Eighth Street, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by MCBride and car- <br />vied, the grant deed from He, tense Somber for location <br />of sewer pump site in the Delhi Section was accepted and <br />the Clerk instructed to have same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Gocd e, seconded by Kelly.and car- <br /> <br />ried, the bid of United States Pipe & Foundry Company <br /> on cast iron water pipe <br />was accepted/and the Attorney instructed to prepare <br /> <br />contract to cover same with the provision that 7000 feet <br />of four inch pipe be delivered within forty-five days. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />]/a~r of tlxo Oity Council. - <br /> <br /> <br />
