No. 2205 <br /> <br />Award, Main, Cypress, <br /> <br />etal~. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Goode, scconded by NcBrlde and car- <br /> ried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br /> accepted and the application of W. P. Heninger to erect <br /> a five family apartment house at 41V S. Ross Street was <br /> denied on the grounds that such use would be contrary <br /> to the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Sutton, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> ried, the property at the northwest corner of Hickory <br /> and Myrtle Streets was ordered posted for special uses <br /> according to application of the First Reformed Presby- <br /> terian Church to meve church building from First and <br /> Spurgeon Streets. Hearing date set June 23rd, 1930. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to send Mrs. ~2nma L. <br />copies of reports submitted by the Fire Chief, <br /> <br />Plumbing, Building and Sanitary Inspectors on her <br />located at ~he northeast corner of Fourth and Main <br />and request that the necessary changes be made as men- <br />tioned in reports to conform with City Ordinances. <br /> <br />This being the time and place set forth in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 2199, to order the work and improvement <br />made in, on and along a portion of Birch Street between <br />Fairview Avenue and the northerly line of Tract No. 352, <br />and the City Council beLug duly convened in open session <br />proceeded to hear and pass upon all protests presented. <br />No owner of property liable to be assessed for said work <br />made w~itten protest or any protest against the proposed <br />work or against'the extent of the district to be assesse~ <br />therefor and no person appearing to protest or object or <br />show any cause why the improvement should not be carried <br />out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 2199, <br />the ~City Council deemed that it had acquired Jurisdiction <br />to order the proposed improvement. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced ordering the work to be done <br />and improvement made as briefly set out in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 2199. The resolution was ordered filed, <br />read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work <br /> <br />No. 2202 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, W.J. Kelly, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br /> <br />This being the time and place to which action on the <br />bids or proposals f~r the work and improvement to be <br />made on Main Street, Cypress Avenue, and other streets, <br /> <br /> <br />
