Henthorne for per- <br />mission to erect a service station at the northeast cor- <br />ner of ~ashington and Bristol Streets, was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, tentative Map of Tract No. 623 was accepted and <br />the Clerk instructed to sign the Council's approval to <br />Map when original is presented. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Sutton and c ar- <br />tied, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign agree- <br />ment with the Southern Pacific Railroad Company covering <br />damages to their property in connection with the grade <br />separation Or subway to be Constructed On East Fourth <br />Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign agree- <br />ment with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Com- <br />pany covering damages to their property in connection <br />with the grade separation or subway to be constructed on <br />East Fourth Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Sutton, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise the sale of <br />house at ?08 South Flower Street, sale being necessary <br />for the opening of Rich/and Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Goode and car- <br />tied, the Engineer was instructed to purchase approximate <br />ly 5§0 feet of twelve inch cement pipe for the laying <br />of storm drain across A.H. Allen's property, which would <br />be the extension of Linwood Avenue betwee~Firstand <br />Fourth Street, when easement is given across property. <br /> <br />Areaolution was introduced approving assessment diagram <br />covering the work and improvement in, on and along por- <br />tion of Flower Street, in accordance with Resolution of <br />Intention No. 2268. The resolution was ordered filed, <br />read, considered and designated Resolution No. 2288 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, B.O. Sutton, <br /> Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinto~. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees W.J. Kelly. <br /> <br /> <br />
